1: Taj Mahal

The Taj Mahal is considered the finest example of Mughal architecture, a style that combines elements from Persian, Indian, and Islamic architectural styles.  In 1983, the Taj Mahal became a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was cited as "the jewel of Muslim art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world's heritage."

The Taj mahal attracts from 2 to 4 million visitors annually, with more than 200,000 from overseas. Most tourists visit in the cooler months of October, November and February. Polluting traffic is not allowed near the complex and tourists must either walk from parking lots or catch an electric bus. The Khawasspuras (northern courtyards) are currently being restored for use as a new visitor center.  The small town to the south of the Taj, known as Taj Ganji or Mumtazabad, originally was constructed with caravanserais, bazaars and markets to serve the needs of visitors and workmen.  Lists of recommended travel destinations often feature the Taj Mahal, which also appears in several listings of seven wonders  of the modern world, including the recently announced New Seven Wonders of the World, a recent poll with 100 million votes.

The grounds are open from 6 am to 7 pm weekdays, except for Friday when the complex is open for prayers at the mosque between 12 pm and 2 pm. The complex is open for night viewing on the day of the full moon and two days before and after,excluding Fridays and the month of Ramzan. For security reasons only five items—water in transparent bottles, small video cameras, still cameras, mobile phones and small ladies' purses—are allowed inside the Taj Mahal.

2) Hidimba Devi Temple, erected in 1553, is dedicated to the local deity Hadimba, wife of the Pandava prince, Bhim. The temple is noted for its four-store pagoda and exquisite wooden carvings.
3) Rahla waterfalls lie some 27 km (17 mi) from Manali at the start of the climb to the Rohtang Pass.
4) svalley, popularly known as Snow Point, is 13 km northwest of Manali.
5) Manikaran, located about 45 km. from kullu on the way to Manali is known for its hot spring near the river Parvati.
6) Rohtang, located about 40 km from manali is one of the most famous snow point.


3: Nainital Lake
            
Nainital Lake, is a natural freshwater body, situated amidst the township of Nainital in Uttarakhand  State of India, tectonic in origin, is kidney shaped or crescent shaped and has an outfall at the southeastern end.

Nainital Lake, in the Nainital district is also called the Lake District of India, is one of the four Lakes of Kumaon hills.

4: Ooty

This is Located in the Blue Mountains of the Western Ghats Ooty. Which draws a large number of tourists every year. 6: Khajuraho

khajjiar is a superb place.It is a small hill station in Chamba District, Himachal Pradesh, India. Another hill station, Dalhousie, is 24 km away.

Khajjiar sits on a small plateau with a small stream-fed lake in the middle that has been covered over with weeds. The hill station is surrounded by green meadows and dense forests. It is about 6500 ft. (1981m) above sea level in the foothills of the Dhauladhar ranges of the Western Himalayas and snowy peaks.

10:Bikaner

If ur planning for a different romantic toor then the answer is Bikaner.it is a District in the northwest of the state of Rajasthan  in northern India. The city is the administrative headquarters of Bikaner District and Bikaner division. It was formerly the capital of the princely state of Bikaner. The city was founded by Rao Bika  and Jats[1]  as the spot which Rao Bika selected for his capital, was the birthright of a Nehra  Jat, who would only concede it for this purpose on the condition that his name should be linked in perpetuity with its surrender. Naira, or Nera, was the name of the proprietor, which Bika added to his own, thus composing that of the future capital, Bikaner.
